The platform is revolutionizeing the way businesses access and make use of employee management and conflict resolution modules.
The VRA Rescue App is an incident and training reporting system specifically developed for the NSW Volunteer Rescue Association. Replacing a paper and excel sheet reporting system, our team conceptualized and built the most efficient and comprehensive reporting and training system, consisting of an online portal and a native iOS app for iPad.

VRA Rescue App
The NSW Volunteer Rescue Association are the primary responders for Road Crash Rescue, General Land Rescue, Vertical Rescue and just about any type of specialist rescue encountered by Emergency Service personnel.
Their work is an integral part of the NSW rescue services and is paramount to providing quick and life-saving assistance to people in cases of emergency, with a force which also includes Aerial Patrols, Communications, Caving, Bush Search and Rescue, Ski Patrols and Community First Aid teams.
We had the tremendous privilege to work very closely with the administrative team of the VRA to design and developed a custom incident and training reporting system. We are proud that this has provided the VRA teams with a quicker and more efficient reporting tool, which in turn enables them to focus their attention more to helping and supporting the community.

Prior to us using our custom VRA platform, we were using an out-dated reporting system consisting of hand-written reports and excel sheets, which was not only time-consuming from start to finish, but more importantly lead to flawed and inaccurate reports. The Q1 team were very thorough in trying to understand the challenges we were facing and worked tirelessly to find and develop elegant solutions to all our problems. Billbergia Sales Portal
The Billbergia Sales Portal is a custom state of art sales management system, which was developed in very close collaboration with the Billbergia team. The portal has become the backbone of Billbergia’s entire operation, managing its entire developments portfolio and the complete listings sales process from start to finish.
The platform enables the management of all the listings from one centralized location, with the ability to add and view reports, floor plans, and solicitor documents.
The portal is a sales tracker which enables the company to view the status of a listing and to add information as the sales process evolves from expressions of interest, to first down payments to solicitor reports to the listing handover form which is integrated in the platform.
Adapter is the first prototype of a network focusing on technical development and advocacy for planetary health and wellbeing.
